Analytics dashboard displays all data in a single platform for the admin to take improved decisions. It is the consolidation of all the information which includes the graphs representing fleet availability, driver unavailability, bookings, missed bookings, booking type, payment mode, revenue, average revenue per user, revenues vs. expenses, missed revenues, revenue from campaigns, and user activity.

You can generate reports for almost all business processes here and can also download such reports in the Excel or PDF format for further use by clicking on the “Export” button in the top-right corner.

Transaction history

A report of all transactions is listed here by name of the company, vehicle, driver, and passenger with the location and date. It displays the logs and statistical information on all completed and canceled transactions.

The search can be filtered by using the filter icon in the top-right corner.

Expenses history

The details of all expenses are listed with the reason for the expense, the category in which it is included, expense amount, and the date.

Consumer report

The particulars of all passengers who are registered with the application are listed with their name, email id, phone, referral code, wallet amount, and the date of registration. The search can be filtered by using the filter icon in the top-right corner. The complete report about the consumer can be derived by clicking on the name of the consumer. Likewise, the report can be downloaded using the “Export” button in the right corner.

Fleet report

Here, the admin can view the list of all vehicles with detailed information including the vehicle number, the owner companies, vehicle types, and models. Use the keyword search to locate the data on any vehicle more conveniently. The search can be filtered by using the filter icon in the top-right corner. The complete report about the vehicle can be derived by clicking on the fleet number. Likewise, the report can be downloaded using the “Export” button in the right corner.

Driver report

Information on each driver is listed with an elaborate report including the status, transactions, trip statistics, and shift history. The search can be filtered by using the filter icon in the top-right corner. The complete report about the driver can be derived by clicking on the driver name. Likewise, the report can be downloaded using the “Export” button in the right corner.

Company report

The admin can include any number of companies to the list with particulars such as name, address, country, state, city, company images, time zone, and the other relevant details. Personal information including email, password, mobile number, and address can also be recorded here. The search can be filtered by using the filter icon in the top-right corner. The complete report about any particular company can be derived by clicking on the company name. Likewise, the report can be downloaded using the “Export” button in the right corner.

Consumer logs

The passenger activities are listed here with the particulars such as user ID, login type, login date, and the activity. Here also you have search filter and export options.

The activities of all users including passengers, drivers, companies, and dispatchers are cataloged with the particulars such as user ID, login type, login date, and and the activity. Here also you have search filter and export options.
