The booking can be done directly from the home page of the company’s website or by clicking on the booking option on the menu, which will again be redirected to the form in the home page.

By entering the pickup and drop locations, passengers can post their cab request to ride immediately (ride now) or ride later, or even get the fare estimation for the entered distance. Based on the settings made by admin at the back end, passengers can be availed with options to select from vehicle models they prefer to ride in and charged with different fare types such as night charges, evening charges, and cancellation fee for the selected model. If multi-model dispatch is enabled by admin in the back end, passengers are availed with other options in vehicle types for the same fare if the requested vehicle is unavailable.

Package plan

Besides normal booking, the passengers can book cabs using the other two ride package plans:

• Rental
• Outstation

While selecting the package plan option, passengers can also select their preferable vehicle model.

• Rental

With a single booking, the passengers get the cab at their disposal for as long as they want and travel to the different destination. If the time or distance exceeds the package limit, the nominal additional charges will be charged, and the trip can be continued beyond the package limit. It avails the options to book cab immediately or in advance.

• Outstation

The passengers can book cabs for their intercity travels. This package allows the user to book cabs prior to the travel date or time.
