In addition to the details of the last ride completed, passengers are also furnished with the complete booking history of all the rides they have undertaken till date with the route map for any future reference. “My Bookings” option delivers the following details.

The rides that are reserved for future dates or upcoming rides booked by the passenger or created by the dispatcher and accepted by the driver are listed here. Click on the “Track Now” button to track the driver who had accepted the booking request. Passengers can call the driver by using the “Call” button. If they want to cancel the trip, they can do so by clicking on the “Cancel” button and select the reason for cancellation.

All rides that are completed are displayed in this section. The list contains the time, date, pickup and drop-off locations, payment type, and the status of payment for each ride. By tapping on a trip, the passenger can access the trip summary in detail.

If passengers need any help, they can use the “Help” button and select the option from the listed issues and submit their comment. By swiping the “Local Trip” ribbon, they view the trip summary in detail.
