Refund Policy

The terms contained in this Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification, and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the platforms.

1. As the purchase has been made with your consent after a clear demo and a 15-day free trial period, we shall not be liable to refund any payment made by you under any circumstance.

2. We deliver product(s) only with intended features that had been depicted in the demo and provided during the trial period. Therefore, the amount once paid to us through any mode of payment shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

  • If the amount is debited multiple times from your card/bank account due to technical error

  • If your account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error

3. In such cases, only the excess amount, excluding payment gateway charges or any other relevant charges, would be refunded to you. To request a refund:

  • You will have to send an email to accounts@movex.ai along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.

  • (OR)

  • We will process the request, and if the claim is found valid after verification, the amount received in excess will be refunded through electronic mode in favour of the applicant.
